Tainan Airport

Tainan Airport was built during the Japanese colonial period and has a long history. It is located at the junction of Tainan City's Nan District and Rende District, about six kilometers away from the center of Tainan. At present, domestic routes are mainly based on outlying islands such as Kinmen and Penghu (馬公), while international routes are mainly based on Hong Kong, Japan, and Vietnam. It is an important external gateway in southern Taiwan.​
