To safeguard your personal rights and interests, the actual intended occupant of the guest room should match the information provided when making the reservation. Identification documents matching the reservation information must be provided at check-in for registration purposes.
Guests under the age of 18 are required by law to bring a letter of consent from their legal guardian. To check in, guests are required to present a valid identity document or passport.
Check-in time is after 15:00 pm and check-out time is before 11:00 pm.
Please do not take in-room amenities out of the room or move the bed set or furniture around.
Check-in time is after 16:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 11:00 p.m. during consecutive holidays and Lunar New Year.
To ensure the rights of all hotel guests, please do not bring pets into the room (except for guide dogs and service animals).
By using our reservation system, you acknowledge and agree to pay 30% of the total room price as a deposit to guarantee your online reservation of the room and rate.
In accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Control Act, smoking is prohibited indoors. Violators may be subject to a fine of NT$2,000 to NT$10,000.
After confirming your reservation online, if you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the hotel reservation staff to complete the cancellation process.
Charging fees shall be charged if you are found smoking in your room or on the premises of the hotel (In addition to the cleaning fee, you shall be held liable to compensate for any damage caused to hotel facilities and equipment).
